The CEELI Institute has created guidelines for remote judging practices in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. These guidelines were developed with input from practicing judges during the Best Practices for Remote Judging training course. The document provides realistic solutions and a framework for remote judging post-pandemic, as remote judging will continue to be an integral part of the modern judiciary. The guidelines are relevant to individual judges and those responsible for setting national standards for judicial conduct. These guidelines were updated in January 2022.
