On December 13 & 14, 2012, the CEELI Institute hosted the inaugural conference for the Central and Eastern European Judicial Exchange Network. The conference brought together non-high court judges and court administrators from fourteen countries across the region to the Villa Grobövka for a dialogue on judicial accountability and court efficiency. The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs provided funding for the event.
