The Villa Grébovka is img-use-of-the-villaavailable to rent for all events. Its unique layout and design is suited to host large and small groups alike. The various classrooms and seminar rooms can be rented individually and tailored to the event’s specifications.

The Villa’s amenities now include:
- 2 large classrooms/seminar rooms;
- 6 breakout/seminar rooms;
- A library and reading room;
- Office space;
- A dining hall and industrial kitchen;
- Residential space for up to 44 participants;
- A residential building with 6 apartments for long-term guests and visiting faculty.
